Who can hire a motorcycle from your company?
Anyone over the age of 18 with a valid UK motorcycle license (Category A1, A2, or A) and appropriate insurance can hire from us.
What documents do I need to provide when hiring a motorcycle?
You will need to provide a valid provisional driver’s license, proof of address (dated within the last three months), and valid insurance documentation.
Are there any mileage restrictions on the motorcycles?
No. We do not have any mileage restricitions.
What happens if the motorcycle breaks down?
In the rare event of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance and, if necessary, a replacement bike to minimize any disruption to your delivery operations.
Are the motorcycles equipped for carrying deliveries?
Yes, our motorcycles come equipped with secure cargo storage options and accessories designed for delivery use, such as top boxes or panniers.
